Biography
Krystal Mackie is a Brooklyn, NY native. Mackie performed in the Emmy Winning opening number at the 76th Annual Tony Awards. She made her Broadway debut in Bob Fosse’s DANCIN’ Revival (OBC) and then joined MJ the Musical on Broadway. Other Credits: 1st National Tour of Hamilton the Musical. This Ain’t No Disco (Atlantic Theater). Dancin’ (Old Globe), In the Heights (Engeman) & After Midnight (NCL). UNCSA, BFA. Krystal is represented by Lucille DiCampli Artist Representation. Hunter Capellán

Hunter Capellán is very excited to be a part of Gypsy at Majestic Theater. His latest work was at the 97th Macys Thanksgiving Day Parade in The Deliciously Delectable World of Wonka skit. Hunter studies dance at Broadway Dance Center in New York City, and he loves being a 7th grader at Achievement First Bushwick Middle School. Hunter’s most enjoyable subject is history and favorite dance styles are Tap and Hip-Hop. He is motivated and inspired by his older sister, Jayla, who is training to dance professionally. When he’s not dancing or in school Hunter enjoys playing basketball and running track. Hunter’s goal is to continually develop his technique, refine his artistry and bring his unique talent to both stages and screens with hopes of inspiring other young kids along the way.

Cole Newburg is an Arizona native who is elated to be making his Broadway debut with this historic production of Gypsy. Cole’s theatrical credits include extensive work at Broadway Sacramento at Music Circus and The Phoenix Theatre Company, Fiddler on the Roof with the Philadelphia Orchestra, and Anything Goes at the Muny. Cole is a 2024 graduate of the University of Michigan, where he appeared in Sophisticated Ladies, Guys and Dolls, and A Little Night Music (Fredrik Egerman). Cole gives abundant thanks to his loving family and unshakable team of mentors, who collectively shape the footholds of his every adventure.
